I booked my car in for new tyres and a quick check, and overall it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and explained what needed doing without making me feel like they were trying to push extra stuff on me. It did take a little longer than I’d expected, but not a huge issue really. The work seems to have been done well and the car feels better now, so I’d probably use Kwik Fit again.

Getting my refund was a hassle, it took way longer than I expected, and I had to keep checking in, not the smoothest experience.

I popped in with a tyre issue after noticing it on the way back from doing a food shop, and the fitter was really helpful. He explained what was wrong in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make it overly technical. He also checked the tracking while I was there and got it sorted quickly. It wasn’t the cheapest place, but I came away feeling like they knew their stuff and weren’t messing me about.

Had two tyres fitted and they did a really solid job. Everything was done properly and the balancing feels spot on. Only downside was I had to wait a bit longer than I was originally told, but the actual fitting itself was great.

But when I got to the branch, suddenly there were extra bits added on and the final price ended up higher than I’d expected, which made my soul leave my body for a second.
The staff were perfectly fine, so no issue with them personally, but the online quote just didn’t feel accurate at all. It’s really annoying when you plan around a certain price and then it changes on the day, I’ll definitely think twice before trusting it next time.

The place was clean enough and felt tidy overall. Just think they could use better bins or something like that, but otherwise it was fine.

I guess they were efficient in the sense that they seemed eager to get things over with, but I didn’t feel very welcomed. The staff mostly ignored me, came across as rude, and everything felt rushed. Not exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

The appointment options were limited, so it was hard to find a time that actually worked for me. I also never got any follow-up afterward, which was frustrating because I wasn’t sure what was going on or if I needed to do anything next.

I’ve only been driving on it for about a week, so I can’t really say long-term, but the pressure seems to be holding fine so far. Happy with the service.
